Reservations: Online reservations are suggested and faster with secured payment processing or call 305-600-1686 to speak with a live reservationist.
Reservation Quantity: Customers can make reservations for up to 4 people.
Reservation Confirmation: A confirmation will be emailed to you with all details of your trip.
Reservation Reminder: A reminder will be emailed and text message will be sent 24 hours prior to your trip date.
Upon BOARDING
Manifest List: The bus driver will check off names on the manifest list. As a back up, it is suggested that guests bring a printed version of email confirmation or show bus driver on mobile device if there is any discrepancy.
Seating: There are no reserved seats. First come first served. Guests shall not block seats or deny someone sitting next to them.
Conduct: Guests must board the bus with care and respect for others. No pushing or cutting in line. If guests are misbehaving or disobeying, they will not board the bus.
Lost or Stolen Items: Magic City Casino, CTS nor the bus company are responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items. Always keep all personal items with you.
Damaged or Towed Vehicles: Magic City Casino, CTS nor the bus company is responsible for damage, theft or tow to your vehicle.

CANCELLATIONS
Reservation Cancellation Process: Reservation cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to departure time of trip. No refund. Reschedule only.
Online Cancellation Request: To submit a request to cancel your reservation online Select the REQUEST CANCELLATION button and enter your Reservation Number and Email. Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours prior to departure time of trip. No refund. Reschedule only.
Operator Cancellation: In case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, a refund of the full amount will be issued.
No Shows: Not eligible for refund and will be charged full price.
